Our pet sitters provide care for a large range of pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles and fish.  Does your pet have special needs?  No worries!  We specialize in providing customized pet care solutions.

We currently serve Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and Menifee California.

What are the advantages of using a pet sitter?(top of page)

The advantages to using a pet sitter are almost countless for you and your pets!  Here are just a few:

• No need to worry about dropping-off your or picking up your pet.  We come to you!
• You are provided direct contact with the pet sitter responsible for looking after your pets!
• Your pet sitter will take the trash and recyclables out on pick-up days, bring the mail in, conduct yard clean-up, water plants, and change lighting and window treatment configurations.

For the most part pet sitters and dog walkers do the same "service tasks". With that being said, how in the world are the services that Natural Environment provides any different or even holistic?

Natural Environment provides 100% customized services. When a potential client calls about pet care, we don't give them a rundown of the service menu like they are at a restaurant and then ask them to choose what they want. In our mind that is "one-size-fits-all" pet care. Natural Environment operates under the premise that each animal is a unique emotional being and because of that we must tailor a pet care solution, specific to that pet’s individual need. The pet care solution that we provide begins being crafted during the "meet & greet" or as we call it an "environmental understanding".

The environmental understanding includes all of the conventional pet sitting and dog walking item/questions that a traditional meet & greet would have, but much like a holistic vet that utilizes a combination of conventional western medicine & holistic methods for a treatment plan, we do the same. We observe the whole pet mind, body & spirit and analyze the environmental contributions. All living being are defined by two things; nurture & nature. While we cannot change DNA coding (nature), we can help improve the environmental inputs (nurture).

Natural Environment's goal is to be a life-long pet care provider for all of our clients. In doing so our pet care solutions evolve as the pet evolves. We provide different services that help promote a pet’s growth and expand their world. Each pet has a different starting point within the Natural Environment Smart System, but the end goal is always the same, a pet that is balanced in mind, body & spirit.

To achieve our goal we utilize the tools provided by the earth, purposeful touch (massage), exercise (to release the "feel good" endorphins the body's natural pain killer), diet/nutrition (the earth’s natural energy & healing power), herbs/supplements and nature itself to activated the dogs nose which stimulate their minds (adventure hiking). As stated before, we view each pet as unique emotional being, so the tools we utilize for the end goal are 100% dependant on each individual pet.

What if I need to go out of town last minute? (top of page)

We always encourage our clients to make reservations in advance to help ensure that your specific pet sitter has open availability, but we understand that there will be times that this may not be possible. In the event that you need to go out of town unexpectedly, we will make every effort to provide you with the pet care you need. If we are unable to we will refer you to one of our trusted pet care colleagues.

Will you be able to provide the same quality of care to my pets as I do? (top of page)

We pride ourselves on providing your pets the same care routines as you do while you are away. This is so important to us that we utilize an on-line system that provides you a client profile and each of your pets their own profile. You will be provided a Login ID and Password for your account so that you may update any changes to you and your pets profiles. This way you and your pets needs are always up-to-date and we can adjust our services to meet your needs!

If managing your own account is too much of a hassle don't worry, we will update it per your request!
