The average pet sitting is between 30-45 minutes. Pet sitting is 100% customized to you and your pets specifications outlined in the client & pet profile. Pet exercise program, diet (from dry kibble to a cooked gourmet meal), relaxing pet massage, yard clean-up, kitty litter clean-up. plant watering, mail pick-up, garbage service, lighting & window treatment configuration changes.

Express pet sits are 15 minutes, just enough time to get some fresh air, take a potty break and play their favorite game in the yard. This service is only offered in combination with normal pet sitting, except for puppies 6mo. old and younger.

Overnight pet sitting is approximately 10-12hrs. Overnight stays include all the standard services of pet sitting when we arrive at night time and in the morning prior to leaving. In between we provide the companionship, love and care that your pet(s) deserves. If you don't prefer a pet sitter sleeps at your home, but still want your pets to receive the maximum amount of attention we can visit from 8pm to 11pm and return in the morning for a 1hr pet sit for the same price!

Private dog walking is 30 minutes and reserved for your dog or the dogs within your household.

Group dog walking is 60 minutes. It is a great way for you dog to socialize and make friends with other dogs from you neighborhood.

Adventure hiking is the ultimate dog walking experience. The adventure begins when we pick-up your dog and his trail dog buddies and then we are off to the trails! 2 hours are dedicated to the dogs walking and exploring the trails. During the adventure your dog can just enjoy being a dog.

This isn't your typical walk through the neighborhood park, your dog will get to explore places such as the Santa Rosa Plateau, Cleveland National Forest, San Mateo Canyon Wilderness and the Santa Margarita river trails. The adventure hiking trip is approximately 4 hours from start to finish and wraps up with a relaxing ride home. Adventure hiking is where your dog will achieve the official title of Natural Environment "Trail Dog".

The pet taxi rate applies to destinations within a 10 mile radii of your home. Additional milage is at a rate of .55 cents/mile. Additional wait time is a rate of $5/15minutes.

Pick-up & Drop-off key charges only apply if a trip to your home is made specifically for your key. Natural Environment recommends that you keep a key on file (the key is maintain in a fire proof safe, with no identifying labels or features to trace back to your home) with us, so that you can utilize our on-line scheduling and avoid these charges.
